What Does the following CT Scan Result Indicate? 

I have right tonsil bulky for 18days.i took antibiotics,cipladine gargles,pirox dt gargles for 15days but no significant improvement. The CT scan showed 17.1*16.2 mm size cervical lymph nodes level II and III on left side.the ct also mentions bulky right tonsilits with no obvious high dynesity seen. i have no problem in swallowing.i have severe pain in right neck muscles where neck attaches the shoulder.kindly suggest
